We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year so we can be fully present throughout the planning process. This allows us to give each celebration the attention, care, and thought it deserves without rushing decisions or stretching ourselves thin.

You’ll work directly with me throughout the planning process, and I’ll be there on your wedding day as well. I believe consistency and trust are essential when planning something this meaningful, so I stay closely involved from start to finish.

During our initial conversation, we’ll talk through expectations on both sides so everything is clear from the beginning.

We work with a trusted network of professionals in Mexico, but couples are never required to use specific vendors. Our recommendations are based on fit, reliability, and experience, and we’re always open to exploring options that align with your vision and values.

We work with a flat planning fee, tailored to the scope, number of events, and overall complexity of each celebration. This approach keeps our guidance objective and focused on what’s best for the experience, rather than tied to specific vendors or budget percentages.
